Description

The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences intends to award a sole source purchase order to Best Access Systems, Mechanicsville, VA for the purchase of the following: 1AK1B51-7-150 Patented Key Blanks (800 ea), 1CK7B51-626 Keyed Patented Core (875 ea) and Key Serialization (800 ea). This acquisition is for commercial items under FAR 5.203 and FAR Part 12. All responsible sources may respond by submitting a written narrative statement of capability to Dee Lunney at the above address for consideration by the agency. Response must include detailed technical information and other technical literature demonstrating the ability to meet these requirements. Responses shall also include itemized pricing that is sufficient to make a determination that competition is feasible. If no affirmative responses are received an order will be placed with Best Access Systems. The SIC Code/Size is 3499/500EM.
