Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is contingent upon availability of funds. This solicitation, Number F02604-00 T2000 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This acquisition is set aside for 100% small businesses; SIC: 3669, number of employees: 750. This acquisition is brand name or equal, however the items shall be compatible with existing Trimble Navigation equipment. SCHEDULE OF ITEMS: ITEM 0001: (1 each), GSP total station 4700 PP/RTK base bundle with internal UHF radio and micr-centered L1/L2 antenna, Trimble Navigation P/N 35995-91-xx or equal. ITEM 0002: (1 each), GPS total station 4800 with internal UHF radio and TSC1, Trimble Navigation P/N 3400-01-xx or equal. ITEM 0003: (1 each), PCMCIA data card 32Mb memory, Trimble Navigation P/N 333050-32 or equal. ITEM 0004: (1 each), Trimmark lle base radio equipment set, 25 watt, Trimble Navigation P/N 38460-81-xx or equal. ITEM 0005: (1 each), 2 meter fixed height range pole with bi-pod, Trimble Navigation P/N 33991-01 or equal. ITEM 0006: (1 each), 4700 RTK back pack, Trimble Navigation P/N 35475-00 or equal. ITEM 0007: (1 each), 4700/4800 GPS Total Station support bundle, one year, Trimble Navigation P/N 33991-01 or equal. ITEM 0008: (1 each), certified Trimble three day RTK training to be held within a 50 mile radius of Luke AFB, AZ, Trimble P/N SDIAIS or equal. ITEM 0009: (1 each), 30 meter antenna cable, Trimble Navigation P/N 14551-00 or equal. ITEM 0010: (2 each), Trade in allowance for two Trimble 4000SE receivers. Any "or equal" offered items shall be clearly identified by brand name and part number and shall be compatible with existing Trimble Navigation equipment. Offerors of any or equal shall also include descriptive literature and any proposed modifications making an "or equal" item conform to specifications. Required delivery: 30 days or sooner after receipt of award. FOB: Destination to Luke AFB AZ 85309. Offerors shall include all applicable state and/or local taxes.
