Description

The 37th Contracting Squadron intends to issue under FAR part 12 and 13 a commercial purchase order for the following items: (15 EA) Afocal Magnifier Lenses for AN/PVS-7B Model # EML-500. Description: 5-power lens for model E1700 series.All the above are to be delivered no later than 45 days ARO/ no substitutions. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the government intends to award one source under authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider any proposals received within 3 days after the date of publication of this synopsis.
