Description

It is the intent of the Government to negotiate a sole source contract with Dr. Hao Yu to conduct studies of In Vivo Phosphorylation of Phosducin in Bovine Retinas to be finished as 10 separate sub-projects in conjunction with on going project conducted by Dr. Rehwa Lee. These are defined sub-projects encompassed by Dr. Lee's merit review research project at the Sepulveda campus of the Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. Successful accomplishment of these projects requires expertise in multidisciplinary techniques and specific knowledge in the retinal system. RFQ 600-146-00 will issue O/A 10-2-00 and close 10-12-00. This is not a sources sought solicitation due to the specific project integrity. Any requests for solicitation must be in writing.
