Description

This action is planned as a sole source acquisition to V-CAMPUS, 8251 Greensboro Drive, Suite 500, McLean, VA 22102. It is the government's intent to issue a sole source firm fixed price order. Period of performance is October 2000 through 30 September 2001. The following shall be provided: VCampus Courseware Library(app 8000 hours of courseware ranging from Basic skills to college level material)and CYBIS application (courseware management, delivery, and development). THIS IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FY 2001 FUNDS. . All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered. The offers are due by close of business on September 28, 2000.
