Description

This contract action is for maintenance, emergency repairs and on-site technical support services under (Standard Support Plan) of the LanCare computer system for the period of October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001 for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302, SEE Note 22. Responsible sources who are interested in this procurement are required to submit in response clear and convincing information that identifies their capabilities. In addition the offeror must substantiate their offer with technical data, brochures, price list or catalog, terms and conditions etc. If these services are available under a GSA contract, please provide the GSA schedule. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SUBSTITUTIONS OF ITEMS. Payments shall be made in arrears. All responses must be received within 15 calendar days of the date of this CBD notice. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that the action may be competed with resulting award under the Simplified Acqusition Procedures.
