Block 8 of the Standard Form 1449 is hereby changed to read 25 Sep 00 / 1700 (5:00 PM) Appendix A item 6, is hereby changed from 10 calls per years to 12 calls a year. CLIN 0001AB and CLIN 0002AB of the Bid schedule are hereby changed from 1 Month to 12 Months to equal the estimated workload data of Appendix A, item 6.
