Description

The New Mexico VA Health Care System (NMVAHCS), Albuquerque, New Mexico has a requirement for pharmacy services for veteran beneficiaries of the Gallup and Raton Community Based Outpatient Clinics, located in Gallup, NM and in Raton, NM. The services will include, but not be limited to, filling and dispensing original prescriptions, written by NMVAHCS providers. No refills of prescriptions will be authorized. Prescriptions will be entered into the NMVAHCS's computer package by the contractor. Prescriptions will be filled and dispensed for Rx legend drugs, listed in the Formulary of Drugs and Expendable Supplies to be provided to the contractor. Period of contract will be 12/1/00 -- 11/31/01, with four (4) one-year options to renew. Prospective offerors must submit their request for solicitation in writing to the above address. Solicitation will be available on or about 10/10/00. Procurement is subject to the availability of FY2001 funds.
