Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA intends to purchase ten each Wotan Drifters. These items are being procured to complete R&D testing to move the drifters from the R&D phase to operational inventory. These items will be purchased from Pacific Gyre. Since Pacific Gyre is the manufacturer of these items, they are the only source of supply for this procurement. This is not a request for proposals and no solicitation will be issued.
