Description

The work involves Janitorial Services for approx. 26,717 sq ft of office space for the BOR WY Area Office complex Mills Wy. The term of the contract will be from date of award, through 365 calendar days (one year) w/options to extend up to two additional one year terms. This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitaiton #01SQ6A0004 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All Quoters to reference this RFQ # and shall be submitted by 4pm, local time on 10-20-00. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. Sic code 7349, 12.0 million. Janitorial Services for the WY Area Office Complex according to the Statement of Work (SOW). Period of award from 11-1-2000 thru 10-31-2001, with option #1 from 11-1-2001 thru 10-31-2002, and option #2 from 11-1-2002 thru 10-31-2003. Basis of award will be on price and past performance.
