Description

Furnish all labor, equipment and supplies necessary to provide custodial services for the Forestry Sciences Laboratory (FSL), Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Contract is for a base year effective November 1, 2000 thru October 31, 2001 with two (2) optional year periods. The FSL is a two-story office/laboratory with an additional single story annex building, workshop and garage. Total gross square footage of the two-story office/laboratory and annex is 21,688 sq. ft. Additional floor areas requiring minimal services total approximately 5,700 sq. ft. This procurement is 100% small business set aside.
