Description

Firm fixed price purchase order with base period plus three option years is anticipated. Base contract period from 1 October 2000 through 31 September 2004. Three one year option periods are anticipated. Contractor shall vacuum pond, clean island, sidewalk, treat water, treat for mold, mildew and algae three times per week, plus on-call as required. This is a combined synopsis/soliciation done in accordance with FAR Part 12.6 for commercial items. In order to submit an offer, potential offer's must request a copy of the request for quotation with statement of work. Requests must be by fax at 210 221 5402. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation shall also be posted on FACNET. The following FAR Clauses are applicable: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, 52.212-2 Evaluation (Price, Past Performance), 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, 52.217-9 Option to Extend the term of the contract, 52.232-33 Mandatory Information for Electronic Funds Transfer.
