Description

New term contract, one year annual requirements of specific form numbers plus possible reprints. Time critical orders. Quantity from 75,000 to 600,000, 3-part, 4-part, and 6 part forms. Detached size 8 x 11 and 7 x 11", single stub, printing 2 color on face part 1. Various configurations. Part 1 must scan on REI Input Model 80, Model C1 and D Scanner. Contractor must test scanning in plant during proudction. Specific packaging and shipping requirements to multiple destinations. Camera copy or PDF files furnished. Delivery in 15 workdays. Do not attempt to bid without complete specifications.
