Description

This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F65501-00-QP035 and it is a request for quote. The Standard Industry Code (SIC) is 8661. This solicitation is a small business set-aside. DESCRIPTION: Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and other items or services necessary to perform the work required to provide and coordinate chapel and chapel related youth ministry for junior and senior high school students located on Elmendorf AFB, AK in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). FOB Destination is required, performance location on statement of work. Performance Period: 1 Oct 00 through 30 Sep 2001. The following clauses/provisions apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.232-18 -- Availability of funds(Apr 1984), FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, DFARS 252.212-7001, 252.225-7000, 252.204-7004. FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions; A completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items will be required with quote (http://farsite.hill.af.mil). Offerors must be CCR registered (http://www.ccr2000.com). Wage Determination No. 94-2017, revision 20 hereby applies. Offers are due for this solicitation on 28 September 00 at 4:00 p.m. Alaska time.
