Description

Provide lodging and meeting space for RCNSIS seminar to be held in the spring of 2001 in the Washington, DC/Arlington, VA area. Exact dates will be listed in the RFQ. Hotel must be located within a 3 mile radius of the White House or Pentagon. 63 rooms are required for a six night period. Private reception and dining rooms are required for approx 70 persons. Four dedicated seminar rooms, audio visual equipment and other miscellaneous services are required. The due date listed for receipt of quotes is approximate and subject to change based on issue date. This requirement is unrestricted. Telephone requests will not be honored. All requests must be in writing and can be faxed to (717)245-3053.
