Description

See Numbered Note 1. Provide transportation services for VA Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104. The transportation will be for ambulatory, wheelchair-bound and strecher VA beneficiaries. There is an estimated four out-of-town trips per day. Average number of miles outside city limits for contract period are estimated at 47,000. Bidder must be able to service the Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas areas. Trips are paid one way only. Contract will cover a one year base period with two one year option renewals. Soliciatation will be issued o/a 10/06/00. All interested parties may submit a bid which will be considered by the government. All re requests for the solicitation packet must in writing. Facsimile request will be accepted at (901)577-7242.
