Description

The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and management necessary to provide various types of rigid pavement, concrete work, pavment markings, and incidental work related to Airfield Standards to existing and new locations on and around various sites in accordance with Task Orders to be issued as requirements are identified. This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract. The Contract term is for a period of one (1) year. The Government has the option to extend the term of the contract services for additional periods of one to twelve months. The total contract term, including the exercise of any options, shall not exceed 36 months. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED. Large Business firms will be required to submit a subcontracting plan prior to contract award. The North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) code is 23411 (Standard Industrial Code (SIC) was 1611). The Invitation for Bids (IFB) will be posted on the NAVFACENGCOM Electronic Solicitation (E-sol) web site on or about October 5, 2000. The estimated Bid Opening Date (BOD) is November 7, 2000.
