Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F04700-00-T-0106. This is a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-18 and DAC 91-13. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. Standard industrial classification code: 3711. Small Business Size Standard: 1000. The acquisition includes Contract Line Item Number(s): 0001, 1 each, 2000 GMC Truck C7H042, TRK SH V 19000G 4X4 or equal. The truck shall be equipped with all standard equipment and requested factory options (contact buyer at (661) 277-7706 for a complete list). The vehicle chassis must be equipped to provide 18_ of frame from back of cab to end of frame. The vehicle must meet all California emission standards. The vehicle will be picked up by a government representative (to be identified at a later date) representing Edwards AFB CA. FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial applies.
