Description

Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex intends to procure four (4) each 8 inch IPS butterfly valves with electric actuator IAW MIL-V-24624 and six (6) each 6 inch IPS butterfly valves with electric actuator IAW MIL-V-24624. Grade "A" shock and vibration tests IAW MIL-S-901 & MIL-STD-167B-1 (respectively), Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD),and Commercial Technical Manuals are required. Material shall be delivered FOB: Destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. Response date for the submission of quotations will be established in the RFQ when issued. All requests for solicitation packages will be via mail, E-mail, or expedited mail services only. FAX OR PHONE REQUESTS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All requests shall contain, at a minimum, the complete mailing address, telephone and fax number, and point of contact.
