Description

REQ 211B3000FD014, Maintenance Agreement for Repair of Carousels located at Columbia Warehouse, 6751 Alexander Bell Drive, Columbia, mD 21046. To include repair of all equipment. On site 24 hour service, travel and part, included. Quantity 1 job. Base Year will be 10/1/00 thru 9/30/01 with an option to renew Opt Yr #1: 10/1/01 thru 9/30/02 and Opt Yr #2: 10/1/02 thru 9/30/03. OEM will provide service on the Carousels. It is anticipated that a non-competitive sole source solicitation will be issued for this item to: White Systems, Keniworth, NJ unless additional sources are located. All responsible and responsive sources are invited to express their ABILITY to perform the above-described Maintenance Service, via fax in writing to Mrs. Lobasso, no later than September 26, 2000. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs)! The department of Transportation (DOT), short-term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
