The following best value evaluation factors will be used to evaluate offers: (A) Technically acceptability of item(s) offered, if quoting an equal item please provide technical specifications with your quote (B) Price and price related factors in addition to the aforesaid factors, offers will be evaluated on basis of advantages and disadvantages to the government that might result from making more than one award.
