Description

The 89th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a purchase order to Steris Corporation under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number FA4416-01-Q-0023. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for the preventive maintenance inspections, calibration, software upgrade/repair and repair services for the Steris Corporation, System 1 processors and steam sterilizers at Malcolm Grow Medical Center. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. All contractors who wish to do business with the DoD must have CCR registration, to register call CCR at 1-800-227-2423 or e-mail at www.ccr2000.com. A determination by the Government not to compete this purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
