The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish repair/overhaul and/or modification, test, packing, preservation and packaging and return to the Government the items of Air Force equipment listed below. A Firm Fixed Price Requirements type contract is contemplated for One Year, plus four One-Year Options. The Items and Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ) are as follows: CLIN 0001: NSN 6610-00-845-4674; P/N 18-1151; NOUN: Accelerometer; APPL: B1B; Basic Year Qty: 12 Ea; Option I Qty: 12 Ea; Option II Qty: 12 Ea. Option III Qty: 12 Ea. Option IV Qty: 12 Ea. Material:electronic components. Dimensions: 3" L x 2.938" H x 3" W. Description and Function: Electrical Angular Accelerometer measuring G Forces from -4 to 10. CLIN 0002: OVER AND ABOVE WORK. CLIN 0003: DATA REPORTS. Delivery destinations are to be provided to the contractor at time of shipment. Contractual repair is of temporary nature pending full organic capability. Award may include Options.
