Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. is N00244-00-T-1589. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-019 and Defense Acquisition Change Notice 20000831. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3829; the small business size standard is 500 employees. This procurement is for six (6) Superscope 2000, All-Spec Part Number TKSS40. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items applies.
