Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, San Francisco hereby solicits proposals for the delivery of the Automatic R.P. Developer (5100 GL) Kodak Cat. No. 187-9113 and Fixer (7500 GL) Kodak Cat. No. 180-5118 required for the processing of X-Ray Films. Contractor shall deliver pre-mixed chemicals directly to the X-Ray Film Processors: Kodak Model M6B, Serial # 5549; M6B, Serial # 15474; M7B, Serial # 22988; M6B, Serial # 17219; M6B, Serial # 6923; M6B, Serial # 20072; M7BM Serial # 12504; AGFA CP1, Serial # 6055; M7B, Serial # 24963; M35A, Serial # 11340; Air Techniques AT 2000, Serial No. 5080; 3M Model HQ969 with XP535 Processor, Serial # 00412; 3M Model HQ969 with XP535 Processor, Serial # 00500. Period of Performance: January 1, 2001 through September 31, 2001 plus three (3) option years. See Note 1.
