Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR, Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a small business set-aside under Request for Quotation number MDA414-00-Q-0006. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 97-19. The SIC code for this solicitation is 3578. The small business size standard is 1000 employees. The requested items are for the DoDEA Wuerzberg School District. Contractor is to provide a FOB Destination quote to Dover AFB, DE 19901 for the following Texas Instruments Calculators: (50 EA) TI-7 Math Mate Calculator (120 EA) TI-32 Explorer Plus Calculator (250 EA) TI 83 Plus Graphing Calculator (10 EA) TI 83 Plus-OV Calculator Kit (Includes TI-83 Plus View Screen Calculator, View Screen Head, and Carrying Case) (8 EA) TI-83 Plus-VSC View Screen Calculator (374 EA) TI-73 Graphing Calculator Required delivery is 30 days after receipt of order. Inspection and acceptance to take place at overseas destination. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the best value to the Government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price, Delivery, and Past Performance.
