Description

A/E Services is sought to provide design and construction period services to install cardiac equipment as per policy regulations. A.E. services will advise on design, scheduling, construction management, coordination & etc. Members of the design team must be able to address all aspects of design, scheduling, construction management, coordination & etc through post construction. A/E must have a working knowledge of ARCHIBUS CAFM facility management software, Autocad 2000, Microsoft Project in order to interface with existing VAMC Engineering Systems. AE must have sufficient background in the design of the project for installation of Cardiac Cath Equipment. Capable design teams that desire consideration are required to submit two copies of SF254 & 255's not later than 10-23-00 to the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA SLC Healthcare System, 500 Foothill Blvd,Salt Lake City, Utah 84148 -- Reference #660-037-00 -- Project #660-01-002-S. The selected firm shall be required to respond in person at the Salt Lake CIty VAMC site within 6 hours for any services required under the contract. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. Criteria to be evaluated by the evaluation board: 1. Professional Qualifications and experience of the firm. 2. Experience and professional qualifications of the firm's staff to be assigned to the project. 3. Overall performance record of the firm and analysis of the firms current workload. The estimated cost of the Construction project is from $300,000 to $500,000. This acquisition is set aside for Small Emerging Business Size Standard 2.0 Million SIC Code 8712
