Description

Maintenance and software support on Cabletron Systems Equipment; Vendor to provide the following: a. provide toll free technical support twenty four hours per day, seven days per week; b. replacement parts (as required) will be shipped to arrive the next business day; c. firmware and software upgrades and "Bug" fixes provided when requested; d. technical software support specialists for consultation at no cost; Equipment is located at Trident Refit Facility, Bldg 4030, Rm 107, Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, Ga. 31547; Period of performance 10/01/00 through 09/30/01; Vendor to invoice monthly in arrears and payment will be made via the Government credit card; The equipment is as follows: MMAC-8FNB(8 units); M8PSM-E(16 units); TRMIM-44A(28 units); TRMM(8 units); TRRMIM-4AT(3 units); TPIM-T1(8 units); TRMM-2(9 units); MMAC-M3FNB(2 units); M3PSM(2units); M3FM(2 units); 3X00-ATX(4 units); 3C05-ATX(4 units); 3CPSM-R-ATX(8 units); 3T01-04(8 units); This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
