Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment to perform scheduled weekly inspection of passenger and service type elevators shall be made on Fridays. Semi-monthly inspection of freight type elevators and dambwaiters shall be on the 2nd and 4th Thursday. Contract includes emergency call back services. Contract period shall commence on December 1, 2000 -- September 30, 2001 with two option years included. Solicitation will be available o/a October 6, 2000. Offers are due o/a November 3, 2000 at close of business, lcoal time. Requests for the solicitation package must be in writing addressed to the Contracting Officer. Requests for the solicitation package may be sent via fax to 319-339-7121 to the Contracting Officer's attention. Applicable NAICS code is 235950.
