Description

R-The Department of Justice is seeking the services of a contractor to evaluate the equal employment policies and practices of the Civil Rights Division (CRD) as they relate to attorneys and management officials, and make recommendations for improvement. The contractor will review the policies and practices of the CRD to evaluate where improvements can be made to facilitate an even more inclusive and diverse attorney and management workplace. The vendor will evaluate the hiring, promotion, retention, and other personnel policies and practices of the CRD and analyze their effectiveness and evaluate existing data to determine whether additional data is required for the attorney workforce*****
