The above-cited solicitation number has been amended as follows: The tentative issue has been amended from 09/22/00 to 09/29/00. The tentative closing date has been amended from 10/24/00 to 10/31/00. This acquisition has been offered to the Small Business Administration under the 8(a) Program.
