- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F45613-00-Q-5034 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. Standard Industrial Code is 8742. Small business size standard is $5M. This is a small business set-aside. Unit Small Business specialist is Mr David Olson ((509) 247-4880); link to USAF Small Business, http://www.selltoairforce.org; link to SBA http://sba.gov; link to unit public information: http://www.fairchild.af.mil/lgcons. The contractor shall serve as a Marketing and Staff Development Specialist in the Family Support Center at Fairchild AFB, WA providing assistance and training to staff member, work study students, military members and their families. They shall also provide support for Family Support Center outreach and community efforts. The contract will consist of a Base Year plus one Option Year, beginning 23 Oct 00 through 30 Sep 01. Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the lowest priced responsible offeror who meets the qualification requirements in the Statement of Work.
