Description

Provide and pay for all materials, labor, services, equipment, licenses, taxes, and other items necessary for execution, installation and completion of Work indicated in Contract Documents. The Work involves the construction of tenant improvements to an existing 600 square feet leased spaced and an adjacent 899 sq.ft. vacant tenant space, with an existing building at the location indicated on the drawings. Work includes but is not limited to, demolition, asbestos abatement, metal stud gypsum board partitions, insulation, suspended acoustical ceilings, resilient floor covering, custom casework and fixtures, aluminum and glass storefront, painting, doors, frames, hardware, folding security grille, toilet accessories, signage, concrete handicapped entrance ramp, metal handrails, electrical lighting, power and communication outlets, heating ventilating and air conditioning complete and ready for tenant use. The Work will require coordination with the existing building Landlord/Lessor and existing building tenants. The work includes receiving and installing U.S. Postal Service Furnished Products. The estimated price range is between $180,000 and $210,000 with completion within 90 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor's Certification is to be submitted prior to acceptance of the work to the Contracting Officer. Solicitation packages will be available on or about September 25, 2000 at a cost of $75.00 per set, Non-refundable, referencing Solicitation #232098-01-A-0001.
