Description

The proposed contract action is for the PATRIOT PAC-3 production for services, hardware, facilities, technical, planning, management and manufacturing efforts for production and associated contractor logistics support equipment. It is anticipated that award will be made on a sole source basis to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC) IAW FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may submit proposals which will be considered. See Note 22.
