Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is an unrestricted procurement. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin first shipment only, Destination subsequent shipments. In accordance with QAP 001. Delivery 60 DARO for Stock and 30 DARO for DVD. Ship to address for stock: New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. DVD ship to address is within CONUS. This is for a long-term type contract, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with four option years. Estimated annual demand quantity 1045 kits, guaranteed minimum 550 kits. The estimated annual demand quantity is the basis for evaluation. ELECTRONIC QUOTES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR THIS SOLICITATION.
