Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a sole source contract to Sienna Imaging Inc.11201 Hampshire Ave. So. Bloomington, MN 55438.. DISA has a requirement for upgrade the existing C-41 COLOR FILM PROCESSOR equipped to meet the demands of zero tolerance original negative film damage as required by the end user. The processor should have stainless steel retrieval baskets in each of the chemical tanks, crucial to rapid recovery of film in a darkroom environment. Details of specification will be faxed upon request. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW Far 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2302 (c) (1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government.
