Description

The Naval Hospital, Charleston, SC announces a combined synopis/solicitation for Service contract as follows: 1. Acuson Diagnostic Ultrason System, model no. XP128, s/n 17898, to include 3 transducers-c3, l5 (rf) and l7: IIE XP 6:1 camera (RF) and sony 5250 printer for the period of 01 October 2000 -- 30 September 2001. 2. Ultrasound system s/n 12388 to include 3 tranducers -- EV5, L538, L558L and V328, and Maxtrix 6:1 camera for the period of 01 October 2000 -- 30 September 2001. Full protection plan to include: Extended transducer coverage, quality assured parts, extended coverage on options, no charge servoce up dates, extended coverage on options, labor and travel savings on options 99% uptime guarantee, savings on options. contractors reporting aboard for service between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday shall chedk in with the Medical Repair Division, Naval Hospital Beaufort, basement room #S2 and make an entry of their arrival in the contractors log. When departing the premises during the above listed hours, the contractors representative will make a departing entry in the contractors log providing the Repair Division with an itemized copy of the service report listing services performed, parts replaced, hours, and directly to the equipment user. Upon completion of the work outside the above hours, the service personell shall report equipment user with instructions to forward it to Medical Repair the next working day. Invoicing will be quarterly in arrears.
