Description

1. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to Kustom Signals, Inc, Lenexa, Ks for 16 each eyewitness cameras with in car microphone and wireless transmitter. 2. This notice is not a request for offers. Simplified Acquisition procedures will be used on other than full and open competition under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c ) (1) and FAR 6.302-1. Market research revealed no other responsible source. The anticipated award date is 29 September 2000. 3. Solicitation DAKF06-00-T-0147. This solicitation is being issued as a "Request for Quotation. The solicitation documents incorporate provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. 4. For this acquisition, the Small Business size Standard is 500, and the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 2452. 5.
