- Description
- The Department of Defence Education Activity intends to negotiate on a sole source basis for the purchase of Casper Library System proprietary software. Library World software is currently in place at 173 DoDEA schools in 14 countries. This purchase includes maintenance of the software including cataloging, circulation, serials, marc code, pion portble, technical hotline support, and training. This is a sole source procurement; no RFP is available. See Note 22.
