Description

The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, Indianapolis, IN intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with AudioCare Systems, 37 West Avenue, Suite 203, Wayne, PA 19087 for software maintenance, telephone software support, on site next business day hardware maintenance and repair, software upgrades and software enhancements for the Government-owned MUMPS AUDIO FAX (interactive telephone appointment, reminder and prescription refill system). Contract period will be for the period November 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001 with four (4) one-year renewal options through September 30, 2005. Systems located at the following VISN #11 VAMC facilities: VA Medical Center, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor MI 48105; VA Medical Center, 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek MI 49058; VA Medical Center, 1900 East Main Street, Danville IL 61832; VA Medical Center, 1481 West Tenth Street, Indianapolis IN 46202; VA Medical Center, 1700 East 38th Street, Marion IN 46953; VA Medical Center, 1500 Weiss Street, Saginaw MI 48602; VA Medical Center, 4646 John R, Detroit MI.
