Reference to announcement number 496971 dated September 14, 2000 for Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Furniture for Nuclear Medicine Hot Lab has been amended as follows (first item): (1) Preparation and Fume Hood Enclosure (36" W x 32" H x 26-1/2" D) Lead Shielding: " encased in stainless steel with sliding shield: 12" W x 10 " H x " lead thickness encased in stainless steel; delete the sink, sink cabinet, and generator shield opposite the storage hood as shown on the layout drawing provided. A new layout drawing will be faxed to all offerors. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
