Reference Number F7390001300700 is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Services Nonpersonal to provide all labor, equipment, material and transportation required to remove grease, fats and oils in buildings basewide. This is to be accomplished by injecting digestive organic deposits of live micro-organisms into a grease trap sink drainage lines and floor drains IAW Statement of Work. Service period of Performance is 1 Oct 2000 through 30 Sep 2001. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; requests for quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference Number F7390001300700 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and can be viewed at http://www.eps.gov/. The solicitation package includes the statement of work, provisions/clauses and wage determination. This will be considered 100% set-aside for small businesses. The closing date for the request for quotations (RFQ) is Friday 29 Sep 2000 by 4:00 PM central standard time. Offerors need to complete the provision 52.212.3 the Representation and Certification and submit it with their quotation. Facsimile quotes will be accepted. Late quotations will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Contract award cannot be made to any contractor who is not enrolled in the Department of Defense (DOD) Central Contractor Registration (CCR)
