Description

For information purpose only, The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Sterling Software (Northern), 2291 Wood Oak Drive, Herndon, VA 20171. The Reporter Designer provides a reporting system in a three tier information system architecture. The vendor will provide simple ad hoc and complex capability in both interactive and batch mode via an NT server. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FAR Clauses 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors. The Government will award a Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation on September 27, 2000. "See Note 22".
