Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NMA10000R0086 being issued as an RFP. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This procurement is sole sourced, SIC 7699. CLIN 0001, 12 months. Provide full coverage maintenance on VMX Call Processing System, Model VMX200 for the period 1 October 2000 through 30 September 2001. The two systems reside in St. Louis at 3200 S. Second Street. A not to exceed amount has been set at $26,574.00, sole sourced to AVTEX Technology, Inc. The provision at 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial applies to the acquisition. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items is applicable. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. All responses are due by September 27, 2000 at 1500 hours, eastern standard time.
