Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. is N00244-00-T-1597. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-019 and Defense Acquisition Change Notice 20000831. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3826; the small business size standard is 500 employees. This procurement is for preventive and remedial maintenance of the following Hewlett Packard equipment: Mass selective Detector MSD Mainframe, model #5971A; Gas chromatographic Mainframe, model #5890A; 4890A/D Valve System, P/N 18900F; Ionization Gauge Controller, model #59822B; 6890 Series Gas Chromatograph Custom Product, P/N G1540A; 6890 Series Integrator, P/N 3397A; 1090M Series II Liquid Chromatoraph; Ternary DR5 Solvent Delivery System, model #1090M 032; Two Column Switching Valve, model # 1090M 055; Variable Volume Injector, model # 1090M 044; Temperature controlled Autosampler, model #1090M 046.
