- This is a SOURCE SEEKING SYNOPSIS for the Air Force Program of Contractor Engineering Technical Services (CETS). The object of the CETS is to elevate the technical skills and abilities of the personnel responsible for the operation and maintenance of Air Force weapon systems (listed below) to a level of self-sufficiency.
