Description

Provide all medically necessary maternity services, including hospital services, for referred and eligible female VA patients (beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs) in the Franklin County and Ross County areas of the state of Ohio. These services will be solicited and awarded to one or more established physicians and/or physician's groups within several delineated areas (four areas within Franklin County and one area for Ross County). The term of the cotnract will be for December 1, 2000, or date of award whichever is later, through September 30, 2001 with two (2) one-year renewal option, all subject to availability of funds. Solicitation will be available o/a October 16, 2000. Proposals due NLT 2:00 p.m. local time, November 16, 2000. All requests for RFP documents must be in writing and may be faxed to the Contracting Officer at 740-772-7008. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
