Description

The Office of Justice Programs, National Institute of Justice, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to the University of Virginia, Office of Sponsored Programs (on behalf of the Department of Systems Engineering), P.O. Box 400195, Charlottesville, VA 22904-4195. The order will be for services of Don Brown, Ph.D., and the UVA SysE Capstone Team to assist NIJ in developing a spatial data repository for law enforcement data at one site to be determined. Services will be conducted for a period of 260 days ARO with a preliminary design document due in October 2000 and a final report in April 2001. This is not a solicitation and no request for quotation will be prepared. However, all interested parties may submit a capability statement and cost proposal by 12:00 pm on Friday, September 29, 2000, which will be considered by the agency.
