Description

SPAWARSYSCEN-Charleston intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for contractor supplied approach for establishing and maintaining a regional presence within the Southwestern United States directly beneficial to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. In order to establish a law enforcement liaison program for CIS to assist in efforts to facilitate the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act. Services are required for a period of one year, with four one-year options to extend the term of the contract. The procurement is being issued as a sole-source requirement, based on an unsolicited proposal, to GBI & Associates Inc. The government anticipates the award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee type contract. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 8999 with a size standard of $5 Million. Primary place of performance will be the Phoenix, Arizona area.
