Description

Construction and lease of a new postal facility at Maysville, GA 30558-9998 (Banks county). Minimum site size required is 66,000 to 81,250 SF (1.52 to 1.87 acres) with approximate dimensions of 250' x 325'. The net interior of the building will contain 5,000 SF. 20 year lease term with two, five-year renewal options. Preferred area is within the boundaries of the City Limits of Maysville, GA.
